Christine Gunness started her real estate career In December 1999 returning to Gisborne to work for her sister Diane Ritchie. Christine came from a Personal Assistant/Office Management background with a special interest in Database Administration. These skills have proved a real asset in her real estate career where technology, computers and the Internet are the real estate tools of the future.
Auctioneering is one of Christine's passions. She offers on-site auctions and also in room Auctions at the purpose built area at the Ray White office. Ray White GIsborne has also recently set up a Property Management Division that is proving to be very successful.
Christine has a large network of international purchasers who she keeps in contact with regularly, often finding them a property that hasn’t been on the market and is unique to their requirements. Confidentiality is one of Christine’s greatest assets as is matching the right person to the right property. Married to a supportive husband and having a 17 year old son keeps Christine very active. She has a tremendous work ethic and nothing is too much trouble.
Her family is very supportive of her career allowing her to work unusual hours. Christine is a quiet achiever with a caring attitude and great foresight. Christine has completed her Graduate Diploma in Business Studies (Real Estate) through Massey University.
