Over a decade in real estate with plenty of repeat business has to tell you something about the way I work. In 12 years I have successfully helped many people buy and sell homes. It helps that I take the time to listen, and this leads to referrals and clients coming back to me. I love working with people, using my knowledge and skills to achieve a top result for all concerned. Real Estate is a very social career. It is one that has seen me meet people from all walks of life in my focus on residential and small lifestyle blocks. Clients appreciate my service and professionalism. I think my knowledge of the market, my professional and caring attitude and good sense of humour enable me to build a good partnership with people.
Before coming home, I lived an exciting life in Wellington, Auckland, Singapore and Australia, but Gisborne is my true home. This is where my family is. I was lucky enough to be a full-time mother to my three girls - they're all grown up now - and I love spending time with my three beautiful grand-daughters. My family is my life when I'm not working, however I still enjoy travelling and play mahjong as often as I can.
To be successful in real estate you have to put in plenty of long hours and hard work. I think people underestimate just how much work a property consultant does behind the scenes. It is an extremely competitive industry and one that is always changing and developing. Ray White Real Estate is such a good team to be part of. The Ray White Gisborne team is very strong, with excellent support and good spirit - it is a special place to be. Whether a buyers or sellers market, work within the industry is always challenging and exciting.
